By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

1. Description of Services

ElitePlus is a social platform that allows users to create profiles, match with other users, send messages, and interact with digital content. Our Services may also include features that allow users to purchase virtual items ("Coins" or "Gifts") and send them to other users.

2. Eligibility and Account Management

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Services. No one under the age of 18 is permitted to create an account or use the Services.

•Account Registration: When you create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

•Account Security: You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account. You may not allow others to use your account, nor may you transfer your account to any other person.

3. User Conduct and Community Guidelines

We are committed to keeping ElitePlus a safe and positive environment for everyone. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

•Illegal Content: Posting any content that promotes or depicts illegal activities.

•Hate Speech and Harassment: Engaging in behavior that attacks, threatens, bullies, or harasses individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

•Sexual Content and Nudity: Posting pornographic, obscene, or sexually explicit content.

•Violence and Self-Harm: Content that promotes or glorifies violence, self-harm, suicide, or harm to others.

•Spam and Scams: Deceiving users, phishing, spreading spam, or engaging in deceptive commercial activities.

•Intellectual Property: Posting content that infringes on another person's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

•Privacy Violations: Sharing another person's private or personally identifiable information without their permission.

Violation of these rules may result in the removal of your content, suspension of your account, or a permanent ban.

4. Content and Intellectual Property Rights

You are solely responsible for all content that you post, upload, or share through the Services ("User Content"). You retain all rights to your User Content. However, you grant ElitePlus a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly display, translate, and create derivative works of your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, developing, and promoting our Services.

•ElitePlus's Property: Except for User Content, all materials within our Services (including text, graphics, logos, software, and trademarks) are the property of ElitePlus or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

•Feedback: Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide is entirely voluntary, and we will be free to use such feedback as we see fit without any obligation to you.

5. In-App Purchases and Virtual Items

You may be able to purchase digital items, such as virtual currency ("Coins") or virtual gifts ("Virtual Items"), through our Services.

•License: When you purchase Virtual Items, you obtain a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use these items within the Services — not a right of ownership.

•Value and Refunds: Virtual Items have no real-money value and cannot be exchanged for cash. All purchases are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.

•Pricing: We reserve the right to change the price and availability of Virtual Items at any time, without notice.

6. Termination

•Termination by You: You can terminate these Terms at any time by deleting your account.

•Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms or our Community Guidelines. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ELITEPLUS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ElitePlus, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of the rights of any other party.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the United States of America.

10. General Provisions

•Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Services after the changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

•Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
